Founded in 1954, Santos has been active in the energy business for more than 50 years. Our continued expansion in Indonesia, the regional centre for SE Asia, has opened up the opportunity for a key senior position in the company:
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT – BUSINESS SERVICES
Reporting to the President/General Manager, the position’s responsibilities will include managing the Commercial, Government Relations, Human Resources, Community development, HSE and IT departments, and developing a high
level interface with government bodies, local partners and the media. Future opportunities may exist for overseas assignments.
Only the very best will be considered for the crucial position. You will be expected to be able to demonstrate:
* A relevant university degree, preferably in engineering.
* Minimum 15 years experience in multi-national companies.
* Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse stake holders.
* Candidates do not need significant oil and gas experience.
