VACANCY AT COCA-COLA

Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia (CCBI) - National Office is inviting theright candidate to fill in the position in Sales & Marketing area as Distribution Channel Manager.

As Distribution Channels Manager, you will be responsible to develop andimplement a tailored and integrated portfolio of direct and indirect distribution systems for regional unit operations, including but not limited to :Conventional route, Presell, DSD, Third party logisticsproviders (3PL's), Third party partners (TPP's), wholesalers and distributors. You will assist unit operations in implementing a comprehensive distribution strategy that encompasses current and potential routes to market in the most effective and efficient way to achieve and exceed agreed service and cost targets.

HEAD OF SERVER & SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

In this function, you will be in charge for the following chores :

* It is expected that Head of Server and System
Administrator can achieve a leadership role in working as a solid team with various parties from internal Technical Solution team, Data Center, Customer Service Center and Operations, to provide overall support to the business.

* Complete understanding of the business requirement that relates to Server Infrastructure

* Provide direction and leadership to the development, and maintenance of National standards and technical documentation of: AS/400, UNIX and Windows Servers infrastructure including Lotus Notes.

* System integration and second level support to support the operational of company core business application.

* Improving and implementing standard AS/400, Unix and Windows Server management and security guidelines

* Manage all access and activities on AS/400, Unix and Windows Server and identify area for enhancements

* Conduct performance analysis and prepare regular Utilization report

* Coordinate AS/400, Unix and Windows Server regular system maintenance management

* Review and manage OS and software licenses required on AS/400, Unix and management.

* Prepare complete documentation of Standard Operating Procedure on AS/400, Unix and Windows Server

* Prepare capacity planning and develop recommendation to the business according to the business growth and requirement.

* Develop disaster recovery plan for all servers platform according business requirement.

* Work in conjunction with IS CSC Support, Desktop Support and Technical Solution Team on resolving any problem related to the business application.

* Responsible for the security, protection and recovery of business information on AS/400, Unix and Windows Server.

* Liaison with external parties such as IBM, HP and Other CCA Region IS team on maintenance of AS/400 , HP-UNIX and Sequent machine.

In charge for the aforementioned essential role, you would be expected to have the following qualifications :


* Having a Bachelor (S1) Degree in computers with majoring in Information and technology, preferably from top universities in Indonesia

* Minimum 6 to 7 years experience in related fields

* Sufficient English communication proficiencies, both written and verbal.

* Advanced AS/400, UNIX and Windows Server System Administrator skills

* Knowledge of AS/400, UNIX and Windows Server resource and security management

* A minimum of 6 years experience with Multi Platform environment.

* Written communication (for development on procedures and documentation)

* Strong problem determination and resolution skills

* Strong interpersonal and communications skills

* Understanding communication levels required to support and develop the business

* Understands the CCA business environment, priorities and how the supported applications relate to the jobs being done

* Experience and hands-on managing enterprise environment which include iSeries, HP-UX, Windows Server Technology with Good Knowledge of Server Infrastructure and Architecture.

* Able to perform Capacity Planning and Performance Tuning exercise for all those platforms as well as familiar with Server Monitoring Tools (IBM Director, Snapshot/400).

* Experience in managing backup & restore software such as BRMS, Data Protector and Brightstor

* Experience with Windows Active Directory and Lotus Notes Domino.

* Having knowledge in Server Clustering and Storage Architecture Network Technology.

* Experience in developing Disaster Recovery Plan for Server Infrastructure.

* Having a good knowledge in LAN and WAN technology.

* Minimum knowledge on Programming and familiar with scripting for all platforms.

* Experience on Servers Technology Infrastructure and knowledge on Database Technology (ORACLE, SQL, DB2).


DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL MANAGER

Specifically you will retain responsibility for the following tasks :
* Leading and developing route to market thinking within national office and unit operations to maximize operational distribution effectiveness through business, market and channel relevant service packages to deliver agreed levels of customer service excellence, and to capture value for CCDI through profitable sales growth and superior asset utilization.

* Ensuring that all strategies and initiatives are fully developed, costed and evaluated prior to and in order to facilitate agreement for implementation

* Leading and assisting unit operations teams and National office CSS team in implementing the agreed portfolio of delivery systems in order to gain effective and efficient product delivery to our customers, partners and outlets.

* Ensuring that unit operations distribution and delivery systems are aligned and compliant with those agreed by regional and operation management in conjunction with National office.

* Conducting regular visits to operation and markets to assess the success of current strategies, review compliance to agreed processes and procedures and to identify opportunities for improvement

* Reporting weekly and monthly to the Director - CSS and senior CSS team to assess progress on current programs, identify opportunities and resolve issues.

In line with the above mentioned challenges, the best-fit Candidate ideally would have the following qualifications:

* Holding a Bachelor Degree from top universities, preferably supported with MBA Degree

* Computer literate (Microsoft office, BASIS)

* Excellent communication skills

* Strong analytical and financial skills, strategic thinking and planning process understanding

* Having a Minimum of five (5) years experience in sales and marketing area

* Understanding of Customer service system concept preferably in Coca-Cola working environment

* Hands-on experience in sales & distribution, exposure to sales centre works

* Demonstrated leadership capability

* Eloquent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
