PT. Nutricia Indonesia Sejahtera is currently looking for the qualified candidates to become a part of Finance Department as a Branch Controller.
The incumbent will be responsible to ensure all financial activities in Region and its Districts are in accordance with the finance and company policies and standard. In general to assist Marketing Cost Control Manager to monitor all marketing and sales activities in Region are aligned with its procedure related and to establish strong individual control in branches.
BRANCH CONTROLLER – ( CODE:BC)
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Establish strong internal control in branches and safeguard company assets
* Check all claimed documents are appropriate and already comply with finance procedure
* Check coding of all expenses in financial report
* Check Region financial monthly report before submitted to Head-office
* Perform bank reconciliation for region bank accounts and submitted to Head-office by 18th of each month in a timely basis
* Check branches incentives every month and ensure all data are correct before submitted to Head-office
* Check payment executed by branch to 3rd party
* Conduct cash opname
* Monitoring sample distribution
* Monitor, control and process any trade promotion from customers
* Monitoring regional budget versus actual expense
* Monitor promotional item inventory
* Assist Marketing Cost Control Manager in monitoring all marketing and sales activities in Region
* Assist Marketing Cost Control Manager in any issues related to branches
* Identify and achieve marketing and sales cost saving in branches
REQUIREMENT:
To become a successful candidate you must have at least:
* Minimum Educational Level Equivalent education level required Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Economy
* Professional experience 2-3 years experience in similar job
* Core critical competencies
* Good computer literacy, and good knowledge of accounting systems preferably Exact System
* High degree of accuracy, discipline and integrity
