1. Management Information System Specialist
Requirements:
Experiences:
• 4+ year system analysis experience in IT Consultant Company where precisely working in eLearning/eGovernment projects
• Able to demonstrate skill in project management, system design and delivering projects on time and within budget
• Working knowledge of several development language (HTML, XML, PHP, ASP, .NET, Java, C++, VB Script, C#, Java Script, Linux)
• Having knowledge in eLearning / eGovernment integration is more advantageous
Duties/roles:
• Responsible for overseeing entire projects or multiple projects - project areas include new development efforts; system changes impacting multiple systems, application or components; and design- or best practice-oriented projects.
• Responsible for technical project management: planning, reporting and timely completion of projects. The incumbent must be able to work with the pressure of strict deadlines and short turnaround times.
• Creating use cases and activity diagram to demonstrate experience utilizing systems analysis tools
• To research programming issues, determine viable solutions, and assess the pros and cons of various alternatives.

• Organizational skills sufficient to direct projects with strict deadlines from inception to completion.
• Leadership skills sufficient to meld divergent groups into one team
• Ability to define tasks and deadlines using own initiative. Creative thinking sufficient to find solutions when solutions may not be easily defined.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in completing assignments.
• Oral and written communication skills sufficient to provide technical reporting to both highly technical and business-minded professionals.
• Negotiation skills sufficient to persuade others, bring about conclusion when opposing paths are desired, and resolve issues in team-oriented environment.
• Ability to elicit information when requirements are unclear or insufficient. Ability to work under strict deadlines and short turnaround timeframes.
• Must utilize IT methodology, standards andprocedures.
2. IT Senior Lecturer
Requirements:
• PhD / Master / Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in well-known and good reputation University / institution
• Applicants for the Senior Lecturer position will either need to possess a Master or higher qualification and/or substantial professional experience.
• Having in-depth conceptual knowledge of e-Learning and having experiences involve in e-Learning implementation
• Broad knowledge of IT especially multimedia and web application
• Confident, articulate and possess good communication & interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a multi tasking and multi disciplinary environment with an enterprising outlook to teaching and training.
Responsibilities:
• Transferring and lecturing course material focusly in IT knowledge Management, e-Learning concept and digital courseware development
• Mentoring and supervising trainees in their training, as well as other practical elements of the programme.
• Research and professional practice for the programme and personal development.
3. Multimedia Designer
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Art & Design, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): html / xhtml, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Flash.
• Preferred skill(s): php, Javascript, Adobe illustrator.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Selatan.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
