Warehouse Assisstant Manager (Cikarang Plant)
(Jawa Barat - Cikarang)

Responsibilities:

* Defines & applies warehouse procedures for: storage / hygiene / handling / cool chain;
* Defines internal FDP flow procedure;
* KPI for whole activity – implement & constant monitoring;
* Keeps regular contacts with premises ownership to secure continuous smooth operations and optimized level of cooperation
* Able to provide traceability in case of emergency and to assure the return flow of goods & material
* Ensures that the physical movements ( receptions , deliveries , transfers , write offs ) are followed by correspondent movements/documents into ERP;
* Ensures that the various categories of goods and materials are stored accordingly with DANONE norms;
* Ensure that the people responsible for all stock of goods & materials movements are trained and respect the DANONE and legal requirements

Requirements:

* Hold min Bachelor Degree in Finance/Marketing/Management from reputable university
* Well organized, meticulous, structured, disciplined
* Fluent in English is a must
* Working Experience at least 4 years with similar FMCG Industry at related area
* Having experience working with SAP
