E-LINE SERVICE OPERATOR (Code: LP03-ESG)
Under direct supervision, rigs-up and rigs-down surface and down hole well logging equipment on work locations for the purpose of recording
information about sub-surface geologic formations. Rigs-up and rigs-down surface and down-hole well logging equipment including electric, nuclear, sonic, other well logging tools, and pressure control equipment. Operates logging equipment at job site. Assembles down hole well logging tolls (electric, nuclear, sonic, other well logging tools). Maintain, cleans and performs preventative maintenance on down-hole and surface well logging equipment. Performs pre and post job inspections on vehicle and equipment and associated paperwork and/or reports.
Requirements :
1. Minimum High School graduate.
2. Minimum 2-3 years relevant oilfield services related experiences as Service Operator in Wire line Logging Operation. Experience of Mechanic working in Reputed firm will also be considered.
3. Fluent in English both oral and written
1. EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (Code: M004)
Develop and implement programs to ensure. Service Quality, safety and equipment reliability. Responsible for supervising a staff of mechanical and electronic technicians and clerical staff. Develop and implement processes and measures to insure the accuracy and integrity of SAP data. Develop and manage department and operational budgets. Responsible for all aspects of staffing requirements within the equipment maintenance department. Partner with the appropriate internal and external customers to meet the Company’s needs, and achieve the Equipment organization’s goals. Responsible for accident recovery and investigations. Conducts training for equipment operators in pre/post trip maintenance procedures. Liaise with Procurement and Materials dept on inventory system and materials and service provision. Trains and develop employees. Communicate with Manufacturing and other relevant parties on equipment problems and improvements. Ensure that warranty reimbursements are applied for and received from equipment suppliers. Administer vehicle licensing, permits, and other documentations. Ensures relevant company/regulatory policies and procedures are followed (HSE, Code of Conduct, Improvement Initiatives, etc).
Basic Requirements :
1. D-3 Polytechnic school. A higher level education is an advantage
2. Must have minimum 10 years of relevant experience
3. Must possess general computer skill.
4. Managerial and supervisory skills in a demanding work environment.
5. Good English communication skills both verbal and writing.
6. Hands-on SAP experience
2. MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN III (Code: M005)
Duties include inspection, diagnoses, testing, troubleshooting, preventive/predictive maintenance and repairs of equipment such as: diesel engines, transmissions, drive train components, winches, high pressure pumps, centrifugal pumps, sand conveyor systems, air compressors, micro processor controls electro-mechanical equipment, hydraulic systems, pnuematic systems, mobile/overhead cranes, wellhead attachments and pressure equipment, gearboxes, PTO’s, generators, chemical metering systems, 12/24v electrical systems, equipment cabs and controls, chassis and suspension, rims, tires and wheels, forklifts, A/C systems, and a variety of other energy services equipment. Quality, efficiency and safety are key performance measurement. Field/shift work and 24 hour call may be required. Understands electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic circuits/drawings/prints. Mentors Mechanical and electronic technicians. May be required to relief Maintenance Supervisor.
General Requirements :

2. Must have at least 10 years of relevant experience.
3. Must possess computer skills.

5. Supervisory skill in leading and directing crew members
6. Able to read various types of schematic drawings and prints.
7. Familiarity with SAP system is advantageous.
