We are seeking a self-motivated team player for the following position in our Jakarta Office:
FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER (CONDITION MONITORING)
Requirements :
* A minimum of three (3) years verifiable field experience in condition monitoring or
* Strong experienced fitter with thorough Know How of and experience in bearing technology and services with strong vibration monitoring background.
* Postgraduate certification of competency in vibration analysis is mandatory, in predictive maintenance practices and procedures a major plus.
* Know how about computer interfacing, data communication via Ethernet, Internet, GSM, modems is a plus.
* Strong communication skill at all organizational levels is essential. Good communication skill in English (written and oral) is mandatory.
* Background in process engineering and/or the reliability function within heavy industry (i.e. Pulp & Paper, Metals, Mining and Aggregates) or field service & applications engineering in the bearing industry is preferred.
Responsibilities :
* This role is strongly focus on Condition Monitoring and to present our related products and services to prospective clients in a knowlegdeable, professional competent manner
* To conduct plant inspections and seminars in predictive maintenance practices, condition monitoring.
* To train clients in the care and use of our condition Monitoring systems.
* To perform field vibration measurements, remote monitoring and data evaluations including defect diagnoses and recommendations for remedial action.
* The focus of this FSE would be to get Online Condition remote monitoring systems and services into the Market.
SALES ENGINEER
Requirements:
* Strictly a Degree / Tertiary Education in Mechanical Engineering Discipline
* 3 to 4 years’ experience in a bearings’ industry
* Aggressive with strong commitment
* Willing to travel within the region
* Team player with good communication skills
* Willingness to learn and possess a positive attitude
Responsibilities :
Sales & Marketing
* Implement sales objectives and strategies for assigned customers within defined region;
* Establish contacts with major OEMs and end-user of specified industry and giving these customers technical support and service;
* Observe technical details by visiting application site frequently in order to secure suitable bearing supply;
* Travelling within defined region;
* Report timely marketing information and competitors’ information to managers;
* Assist organising technical seminar by technical experts;
* Expand market share with new customers with help of sales managers;
* Provide quality after-sales service to customers
* Ensure meeting annual sales target and spend within expenses budget assigned
Technical
* Provide engineering support to regional offices, distributors, OEMs and end-users;
* Advise major end-users on bearing application related problems;
* Conduct product presentations and practical training seminars;
* Investigate bearing demands in specific industries;
* Liaise with South East Asia regional office and German headquarters on technical matters;
