PROCUREMENT SUPERVISOR – PROJECT
Code : PSP
Purpose of the Job :
Reporting to Purchasing Manager, will be responsible to handle and monitor all project purchasing activities
Responsibilities :
* To project and monitor bill of material
* To be able to work closely with technical department and contractors
* To ensure timely completion of project schedules
* Develop a strong vendor base
Requirements :
* Male, S1/S2 degree of Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, GPA > 3,0
* Has minimum experience of min. 3 years in similar position with an EPC contractor or similar establishments.
* Ability to read and interpret drawing of data
* Familiar with negotiating mechanical fabrication, civil contracts
* Ready to travel extensively
* Strong analytical thinking, negotiation skill, interpersonal skill, willingness to learn
* Conversant with English (Oral / written) is must
* Conversant with MS office operation
* Age < 35 years
BUYER PROJECT STAFF
Code : BPS
Purpose of the Job :
Reporting to Procurement Supervisor Project, will be responsible to assist project procurement supervisor in timely execution of bill of Material / Material Take off
Responsibilities :
* To contact vendors and obtain initial offer
* To make comparative statements and hold preliminary negotiation
* Timely action on Bill of Material from Technical Department
* Close interaction with technical, contractor and user Departments
* Updated weekly project meetings with procurement status of every item in Bill of Material
* Maintain vendor data base and item specification database in an efficient manner
Requirements :
* Male, S1 degree of Civil/ Electrical Engineering, GPA > 3,0
* Has minimum experience of min. 2 years in similar position with a mechanical fabrication shop or with a civil construction company
* Negotiation skill, interpersonal skill, willingness to learn
* Conversant with English (Oral / written)
* Conversant with MS office operation
* Age < 30 years
