PZ Cussons is a well-known multinational company with a long history of producing soap and cosmetics is looking for additional qualified individuals to join our company in the Quality Department for the following position:
Management Trainee Factory (Code: MTF)
The candidates should fulfil the following requirements:
* S1 majoring Engineering, with min. GPA 2,75 from reputable University.
* Fluency in English both written and spoken, Toefl certificate will be advantage
* Mastered presentation skill & computer literate is a must
* Self motivated proactive, strong analytical skills, eager to learn, highly initiative
* Avaliable to be located in Tangerang Factory
Quality Control Superintendent (Code: QCS)
The candidates should fulfil the following requirements:
Education : S1 Degree from Natural Sciences or related subjects. Chemist is preferable.
Age : between 27-35 years old.
Technical/Professional Experience:
* Min. 2 years experience in quality role ( preferably FMCG )
* Familiar with GMP, quality system and can do chemical analysis (using GC, FTIR, etc.) and also trouble shooting.
Special Skills / Training required:
1. In Job knowledge & Competency Area :
* Decision maker (driven by facts and pragmatism)
* Capability to lead investigation and implementation of solutions to quality issues
* Data and problem analysis
2. For Work Routine & Administrative enhancement:
* Organizing and Chemical analysis skill
* Computer literate
3. For Quality & Improvement orientation:
* Capability to manage quality issues
4. In the area of People Development : Teamwork & Cooperation, Communication skill
