c.. Handle customers complain.
d.. Handling incoming and outgoing document.
Requirements:
a.. Bachelor / diploma degree from any background
b.. Male and Female are welcome
c.. Minimum 1 year experience in customer service/contact center
d.. Able to communicate and written English
e.. PC literate
f.. Dynamic, High Drive, outgoing person, good communication & Interpersonal skills
