HR Analyst
Criteria :
* Male, between 30-35 years old
* Psychology Profession
* Consultant experience (preferable) at least 3 years.
* Understanding of key HR practices and processes (including recruitment & selection, assessment, organization development).
* Able to conduct job analysis, conduct job evaluation, develop job description, Job Grading & Leveling, restructure organization, performance management system including Potential Assessment, and review company regulation.
* Manage and develop succession planning process by providing guidance and coordinating the succession planning discussion, documentation and submission to ensure it align with the company ‘s objective.
* Fluency in English both oral and written is essential requirement.
