BTS Equipment Logistic Manager
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with vendors to get accurate in-bound and out-bound data.
* Make SOP for monitoring and tracing the equipment movements.
* Make sure the equipment stock is within the good level so that the BTS the installation on site will not delayed due to unavailability of equipments. Manage stock capacity, minimize over stock and dead stock.
* Implement any program/system which deployed to be implemented in vendor.
* Responsible for Daily /Weekly / Monthly / Annual stock report for all equipment in vendor warehouse or in-house.
* Report for Discrepancies between actual and recorded, and solve the problem.
* Monitor tall the delivery to site and report to HQ within the same day.
* Recap the report and submit to HQ in weekly/monthly basis.
* Make a good Team Work with other Department.
* Always update Last Information.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university majoring in finance/accounting/engineering/IT/project management or equivalent.
* At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing project & warehouse.
* Minimum 1 Year of experience in Telecommunication Company.
* Preferably has experience in working with a multinational company.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
