Assistant Manager Financial Planning - Marketing
Job Summary :
* To ensure the strategic planning implementation in the budgeting process
* To monitor and control marketing budget
* To work together with other related departments within the Bank in providing analysis to be used as guidelines in marketing planning and evaluation process
Requirements :
* Hold a minimum bachelor degree from reputable local or overseas university
* Possess strong financial audit background from well-known accounting firms
* Have at least 3 to 5 years experience in banking, financial or FMCG company
* Have excellent communication skill, both spoken and written English
* Have strong analytical ability
* Have pleasant personality and good teamwork ability
Branch Manager CF (BMCF Jabodetabek)
GENERAL REQUIREMENT :
* Responsible in achieving branch target, maintain service quality and operation of the branch
* 5-7 years of experience in leading sales team in financial/banking institution, insurance or retail industry
* Exposure in customer credit will be added value
* Good people management and development skills
* Bachelor degree or Master degree from a reputable university
* Good command of both spoken and written English
* Commercial acumen, marketing orientation and drive to succeed with personal credibility
* Demonstrate a high degree of integrity
