OFFICER AT INTERNATIONAL FINANCE CORPORATION (IFC)
The International Finance Corporation (IFC) is the private sector arm of the World Bank Group (WBG). IFC is one of the largest providers of long-term finance to the Indonesian private sector and has a diverse program consisting of investments in the financial sector and a wide range of industrial sectors, including but not limited to: manufacturing, extractive, agribusiness and infrastructure industries. IFC is currently looking to fill the following position:
Office Administrator (OA)
Based in Jakarta, the Office Administrator supports the management team to run the
office and is reporting to the Head of Business Services. He/She is primarily responsible to ensure smooth and efficient administrative of the office operations; and that all activities are in line with the WBG policies as well as be the Coordinator for the country office administrative staff. This position involves dealing with strictly confidential information and therefore requires a person of high integrity.
Qualifications for the position: minimum university degree with five (5) or more years of directly relevant experience, must have demonstrated managerial experience, and a commensurate level of maturity/years of managing diverse office environments, excellent verbal and written English communication skills; and strong inter-personal skills conflict resolution, guiding and mentoring, training, contributing to and coordinating the administrative team network. In addition, the OA orients and coaches new staff at all levels regarding the Unit's administrative / operational work guidelines. The OA also provides the full range of office support services to the Head of Business Services.
