1. ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER (ASM)
Location: Surabaya, Malang

2. SALES SUPERVISOR (SS)
Location: Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik

Responsibility:
? Selling product (from lending) to customers
? Manage Sales Team (10 sales officers—ASM, 5 sales officers—SS) in achieving sales target (in volume)
? Monitor and review sales performance periodically
? Set up strategies and marketing plan
? Will be responsible to manage and ensure team achievement as well as manage and achieve own target

General Qualification:

? Male / Female, max. 35 years old
? Min Diploma Degree (D3)
? Has experiences in manage min. 10 sales (as a team) (1)
? Has experiences in manage min. 5 sales (as a team) (2)
? Has experiences in banking (preferably in marketing lending)
? Has a driving license and own vehicle
? Familiar in working with tight targets (in volume)
? Smart worker and should be able to work under pressure to meet deadline
or target
