Purpose of the Job

Reporting to Procurement Supervisor Project, will be responsible to assist project procurement supervisor in timely execution of bill of Material / Material Take off

Responsibilities

*

To contact vendors and obtain initial offer
*

To make comparative statements and hold preliminary negotiation
*

Timely action on Bill of Material from Technical Department
*

Close interaction with technical, contractor and user Departments
*

Updated weekly project meetings with procurement status of every item in Bill of Material
*

Maintain vendor data base and item specification database in an efficient manner


Requirements

*

Male, S1 degree of Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, GPA > 3,0
*

Has minimum experience of min. 2 years in similar position
*

Negotiation skill, interpersonal skill, willingness to learn
*

Conversant with English (Oral / written)
*

Conversant with MS office operation
*

Age = 28 years
