PT.Eratex Djaja Tbk has been in the business of producing and exporting yarn, greige textile for the last 30 years, and in the last 20 years combined their yarn and textile production and exporting activities with that of garment products.
We are looking for:

ACCOUNTING STAFF

Job Description:

1. Petty cash from 3 Division
2. Maintenance sales book from Garment & Textile Division including data processing and reconciliation.
3. Payment reconciliation in advance account
4. Debit/Credit note maintenance, preparation, data processing, and reconciliation.
5. Prepare invoices for local garment sales
6. Checking sales invoices from textile division

Requirements:

1. Male/Female with S1 from Accounting
2. Age not more than 25 years old.
3. Average score (GPA): minimum 2.75
4. Excellent computer literacy ( especially Word & Excel)
5. Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply

PURCHASING ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR

Job Description:

1. Managing Administrators with following tasks:
Receiving goods
Receiving invoices
Making payment request
Preparing custom documents for Trims
Arranging transport of goods to factory
Input Fast React
Making KPI analysis
Preparing monitoring chart
Filing
2. Supervising the administration team
3. Ensuring administration and the support function are delivered yet.

Requirements:

1. Female with S1 degree from any discipline, preferably Industrial Engineering
2. Age not more than 35 years old.
3. Average score (GPA): minimum 3.0
4. Excellent computer literacy
