Job Title: TERRITORY SALES OFFICER

Scope of works:
The incumbent will be responsible to push the bagged cement sales in retail market, manage and supervise the distributor’s salesmen within his/her territory.
- Education: University degree preferably from Civil Engineering.
- Experiences: min. 5 years experiences in similar field.
- Computer Literate: MS Office, Lotus Notes.
- Language: Good command of English, both oral & written.
- Other qualifications:

Knowledge of business sense.

Knowledge of cement production process.

Aggressive & customer oriented.

Job Title: MARKET ANALYST

Scope of works:
The incumbent will be responsible to assist management control and recommend sales & marketing strategy (with main focus yet not limited to transactional sales department) in the respective areas, aiming for the achievement of the targeted sales volume.
- Education: University degree.
- Experiences: min. 2 yrs experience in Sales, Quantitative Research and/or macroeconomic research.
- Computer Literate: MS Office, Lotus Notes, Visual Basic, Math Lab.
- Language: Fluency in English, both written & spoken.
- Other qualifications:

Requirements:
- Education: University in Civil Engineering / Economy.
- Experiences: min. 3-5 years working experience in construction, sales or operational of UKM.
- Computer Literate: MS Office, Lotus Notes.
- Language: Good command of English, both oral & written (would be an advantage).
- Other qualifications:

Good overall business understanding.

Knowledge of precast concrete industry.
*
Independent.
*
Good leadership & negotiation skills.
*
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
*
Teamwork oriented.
*
Able to speak Sundanese would be an advantage.
INTERNAL AUDITOR
Job Title: INTERNAL AUDITOR
Directorate: Corporate Management
Location: Jakarta
Scope of works:
The incumbent will be responsible as the Management’s and Boards’ principal agent in assuring that effective controls exist to maintain process integrity, measures and reporting are accurate and reliable and compliance with policies and regulations is ensured whilst working closely with the Legal & Compliance Manager.
- Education: MBA or Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance from an accredited University or professional qualifications in CPA, CA, CIMA etc will be favorably considered. Holding CIA/CISA/CFE are advantageous.
- Experiences: 4-5 yrs or relevant job experience in an audit function. Accounting, Finance or operational experience is a plus.
- Computer Literate: MS Office, Lotus Notes, Audit software such as ACL, TeamMate, VISIO, SAP (would be an advantageous).
- Language: Fluency in English, both written & spoken.
- Other qualifications:

Knowledge of general business understanding and accounting/control practices and computer systems.

Understanding of the cement industry or a similar business and regulatory environment is a plus.

Ability to do Audit process and techniques.
