HRD MANAGER
Responsibilities:
*
Manage and oversee all functions and activities of the HR department
*
Maintain overall supervision and direction of HR department
*
Develop company benefit and compensation policies & procedures and recommend changes and revisions as required
*
Develop and formulate functional policies and practices with long term perspectives and to ensure HR is aligned with company objectives
*
To develop policies in accordance with corporate strategies and guidelines
*
To implement HR initiatives and programmed
*
To manage recruitment and selection, training and development, salary administration, compensation and benefits
Requirements:
* A University Degree (S1) in Psychology/Law or HR Management from a reputable University
* Minimum 3-5 years managerial experience at the same position, preferably in an FMCG environment
* Experience in handling a group of companies with various locations throughout Indonesia
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent in written and spoken English is a must
* Understand of Pay Roll system and good orientation in developing people
* Experience in managing and implementing the Training & Development plan for the entire organization, in conjunction with compliance to the People Developer standards
* Computer Literate
* Strong team orientation with good facilitation and delivery skills
* Full understanding of Indonesian Labor Law
