Internal Controller

Reports to: CFO

Duties and responsibilities

To make sure major risks are identified, analyzed and covered
*
To analyze key processes and controls
*
To document missing procedures
*
To make recommendations on systems and procedures, and monitor implementation
*
To provide management an opinion on the internal controls in place
*
Assessing whether processes, accounts and records are conform with Group rules
*
Participating in other projects as assigned by CFO

Person specification

*
MBA from a leading Indonesian business school
*
3 years experience in a big 4 audit company
*
A knowledge of audit procedures, including planning, techniques, test and sampling methods involved in conducting audits
*
A knowledge of computerized accounting and auditing record keeping systems
*
An ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts and to prepare and present concise oral and written reports
*
An ability to maintain current knowledge of developments related to business matters of interest to internal audit, particularly legislation changes and developments, and new auditing techniques and practices
*
An ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with others and to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
*
An understanding of the FMCG sector
