“Consumer Activation Officer – Youth Channel “
The incumbent will report to On-Premise Trade Marketing Manager, with the main responsibility as follows:
*
To manage sponsorship & consumer activation within youth channels (high schools & universities) and high traffics.
*
To cooperate and lead Agencies, Suppliers & Event Organizers in order to execute any consumer activation projects.
*
To establish networks with key event organizers or any key stakeholders.
*
To develop and implement communication materials starting from pre, during & post events.
*
To plan, monitor, control and evaluate every consumer events.
Education and working experience
*
Graduated from a reputable university (minimum GPA 3.00) with a bachelor degree in Economic. Business Administration, Social Science or Industrial Engineering.
*
Minimum 2 years experience in similar position. Previous experience in agency, event organizer or fast-moving consumer goods company would be an advantage.
Requirements
*
Good knowledge in consumer events (e.g. high schools, universities, high-traffics or major events).
*
Excellent in execution and detail-oriented: Strong drive is required to ensure that. implementation is done in timely manner.
*
Proven experience in building brand image & consumer activation.
*
Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills.
*
Good English proficiency.
*
Assertive, discipline, resilient and possessing good networking and communication skills.
*
Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and ability to drive others.
*
A team player with strong ability to interact with people from various backgrounds and culture.
*
Reliable, tolerant, and determined.
