Location: West, Singapore

Responsibilities:



* Champion and drive safety aspects of portfolio of all assigned projects;
* Execute all multi-discipline capital and plant change projects;
* Initiate all project processes at every stage and meet minimum requirement for capital project processes and plant change procedures;
* Support Front End Engineering & Development of portfolio of projects;
* Coordinate constructability reviews and integrate operational/maintenance/human factor aspects in project design;
* Develop project execution strategies/plans and execute all aspects of projects from Engineering kick-off till Handover/Closeout;
* Estimate and control cost & schedule of all assigned projects;
* Develop and Manage project risks and control project changes;
* Manage interfaces and regular communication with customers and stakeholders;
* Develop Contracting and Procurement strategy and execute through CP team;
* Manage construction through Field/Construction Supervisor;
* Monitor, track, control, report and deliver project performance indicators;
* Lead, develop and continuously improve capital project system for the site and report progress to regional assurance lead.

Requirements:



* Degree in Engineering with proven project engineering experience;
* Professional Experience: 5 to 10 years' EPC project in oil & gas, chemical & petrochemical industry;
* Authorisation to work in Singapore is required for this position.

Responsibilities:





* Ensure compliance to HSE standards and requirements in order to improve Seraya Chemicals as a safe place to work in;
* Develop inspection and monitoring program that could predict equipment degradation;
* Based on Shell-Risk Based Inspection, to detect or locate potential failure due to material degradation and/or corrosion and implement timely preventive measures;
* To carry out failure analysis in order to find out the root cause and avoid recurrence of failure;
* Monitor KPI developed by the Core Teams and number of repeated failures in the individual units of the plant;
* Organize and coordinate inspection activities related to statutory equipment and ensure they are duly completed;
* Planning and providing inspection supports for activities that are shutdown related or for general maintenance when required;
* To determine inspection needs to ascertain the condition of plant to ensure continued integrity;
* Coordination of resident and external contract NDT personnel to ensure quality test results from cost effective investigations;
* Assist in developing and maintenance of procedures and work instructions that are related to inspection;
* Ensure inspection activities and programs are performed as per written and the instructions are constantly in conformance to ISO requirement;
* Being part of the Corrosion Integrity Team (CIT) and actively support and participate in all CIT related activities and issues;
* Carry out any other related duties as required.

Requirements:





* Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Materials Engineering or equivalent;
* Certifications from relevant professional bodies. eg. NACE, ASNT, AWS, CSWIP, API;
* At least 5 years' relevant on-the-job experience in oil, gas, power, petrochemical or chemical plants;
* Authorisation to work in Singapore is required for this position.
