Production Supervisor
Requirements:
* Male/female, age minimum 25 years old
* Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree (S-1) in Engineering
* Minimum 1 years experience in the same position, preferably in manufacturing industry
* Good ability in set-up quality standards and procedures
* Develop and maintain system to measure performance against standards
* Ensure high product quality and consistency is established and maintain at all times
* Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs which emphasize continuous quality improvement with clear goals and objective in place
* Work closely with the other department team to implement the company and factory policies and goals
* Strong in analytical thinking, problem solving and proven team player
* Good organization skill, accept responsibility, and ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, also responsible for motivating people within the production team
* Good command in English is an advantage
