Mechanical Planner (Code: MP)
Reports to Methods Manager, the candidate is responsible to:
*
Define the detailed methodology for carrying out all the jobs according to
priorities, and the required resources, skills coordination and supervision.
*
Ensure that all the necessary materials are available for the planned operations and meet the required quantity and quality.
*
Prepare time and cost estimates for work orders and job plans to help optimising resources allocation.
*
Formalise and update:
o
detailed job-plans for important mechanical operations (technically and/or financially important),
o
records and statistics,
o
technical documentation.
*
Define specifications of sub-contracted jobs together with the Head of Mechanical department.
*
Draw up regular inventories of the spare parts and ensure their availability in co-ordination with the warehouse.
*
Maintain and update information and data in the CMMS (Maximo).
*
Plan major equipment annual overhauls.
*
Draw up the technical specifications for the purchase of the spare parts.
*
Manage general and specific technical documentation.
*
Manage the equipment codification.
General Requirements:
*
Must possess at least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
*
Having 5 to 10 years working experiences in cement or similar industry, preferred with multinational companies, which some years experience as Mechanical Planner.
*
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical equipment.
*
Technical knowledge of preventive, predictive and systematic maintenance (databases, CMMS, Project Software).
*
Safety rules and regulations, Knowledge of quality management methods (ISO 9002).
*
Knowledge of cement process is desirable.
*
Computer literacy and English proficiency is a must.
Competencies:

Result driven (reliability, cost), accuracy and precision, good aptitude for organization and communication, initiative and innovative, analytical capacity and leadership in managing project
Electrical Planner (Code: EP)
Reports to Methods Manager, the candidate is responsible to:
