Location: Jakarta Raya, Indonesia
Responsibilities:
* Perform debt collection activities for the Sales team across Downstream businesses;
* Make proactive calls to customers as well as following up of delinquent debt & arranges collection of payments;
* Responsible for the follow-up/co-ordination necessary to ensure all unresolved/unpaid debits and credits on a customer’s accounts receivable are worked to conclusion with payment or internal adjustments;
* Perform Credit Assessment/Reassessment of customers based on financial and non-financial analysis;
* Determine optimal credit exposure and classify customer risk rating;
* Ensure Downstream Credit Manual and Processes are applied in a consistent manner with full compliance within the South East Asia cluster.
Requirements:
* Possess minimum a Finance/Business related degree or equivalent;
* Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant working experience;
* Possess knowledge of financial accounting;
* Has good communication and engagement skills, with basic analytical as well as risk analysis skills;
* Able to work longer hours (especially during month end), under pressure and tactfully deal with cross-cultural sensitivity;
* Authorisation to work in Indonesia is required for this position.
