UCE is a growing company with the core business to provide wireless telecommunications engineering services to Network Operators and Vendors. Due to our project expansion, we have urgent need to fill up some positions in our projects in Indonesia.


# POSITION DESCRIPTION

HUMAN RESOURCE / RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE

Location : Jakarta

Responsibilities :

* To provide support to the Human Resource Department in human resources administration including recruitment and compensation management

* Understand various customer requirements for manpower in different telecommunication

* Review and assess resumes of potential candidates

* Update and expand the recruitment database

* Support Project and Office Administration such as Resources Mobilization, Lodging, Transportation, Work Permit, Jamsostek, PPH21 etc


Requirement :

* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

* Availability: Immediately

* Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or related discipline

* Well-versed in employment related government regulation and statutory requirements

* Strong analytical mind, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

* Fluency in English, both oral and written is a must

* Computer literate
