Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia - National Office is currently looking for a suitable candidate to fill in position IT Infrastructure Specialist for Mobile and Distributed Computing reporting to the Infrastructure Solutions Manager.
In your capacity as the IT Infrastructure Specialist for Mobile and Distributed Computing.
IT Infrastructure Specialist-Mobile & Distributed Computing
You will be challenged to manage the following accountabilities:
*
Responsible for CCBI mobile and distributed computing infrastructure standards and guidelines; design, develop, and maintain and project manage all infrastructure changes.
*
Providing expertise and governance across all mobile and distributed computing infrastructure areas and ensuring infrastructure designs deliver platform flexibility, versatility, efficiency, portability, and security, and are consistent with company standards and policies.
*
Supporting the organization’s pursuit of strategic objectives, thru providing assistance and guidance to the business to identify new opportunities, in particular for using mobile computing infrastructure to meet and exceed objectives.
*
Working with and providing supervision to external business partner in providing the suitable and reliable solution in supporting the business requirements within the area of mobile and distributed computing.
*
Continually maintaining and improving competence and knowledge in the area of mobile computing and distributed applications; keeping abreast of current development and trends in assigned areas of expertise.
In charge for the aforementioned essential role, you would be expected to have the following qualifications :

Tertiary qualification from a reputable university, majoring in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
*
Performing good project and work management skills in establishing a course of action to accomplish specific goals, planning proper schedule, taking action to monitor processes, tasks or activities, and keeping track of delegated tasks and assignments
*
Demonstrate experience in designing, planning and delivering mobile and distributed computing projects
*
Outstanding technical competence in mobile and distributed computing infrastructure including mobile computing hardware, cellular phones, operating systems, connectivity, backup methodology, virus containment design, security, overall software management and licensing, company approved mobile and distributed computing software and utilities. Specifically includes BlackBerry, SFA devices (currently WAP phone), HHT, PDA, laptop, desktop, and any mobile PC or handheld device used in the future by CCBI. The listed infrastructure includes accessories, maintenance agreements, Standard Operating Procedures development and support and deployment methodologies.
*
Strong knowledge in various mobile and distributed computing technologies, operating systems and development environments and their implementations also in wireless personal area network standards (such as Bluetooth) and upcoming standards (such as Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access, or WiMAX) that enable wireless broadband access; wireless wide area network (WWAN) standards, such as the Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) and Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA), and their underlying code-, frequency-, and time-based multiplexing techniques.
*
Deep knowledge of architectures for thin clients that only have an Internet browser installed and access content from wireless application servers via protocols such as WAP (wireless application protocol); and indoor and outdoor position techniques for mobile devices (as location-based services are a key emerging area in mobile computing applications).
*
Exposure to a multi platform environment and the integration area among them
*
Exposure to business process around sales and distribution
*
Having relevant certification in Microsoft system engineering and Lotus Domino environment will be an advantage
*
Experience in comprehension of messaging and collaboration technology

IT Infrastructure Specialist-Midrange Servers
And the successful candidate will be accountable for the following chores :
*
Assisting with the management of midrange server infrastructure in particular iSeries, HP Unix, and data storage: the hardware, operating systems, SOE, LAN/WAN connectivity, backup design and methodology, inter-servers synchronization, disaster recovery, virus software containment design, security, overall software management and licensing, and also includes Server utility-type applications.
*
Coordinating and performing regular performance tuning and capacity planning activities, including the planning of upgrades, staging and configuration of the server equipment, delivering the equipment, installing the equipment, managing the installation of the transport services, testing, cut-over and signoff off of project hand over documentation in accordance with Infrastructure operations procedures.
*
Ensuring that projects, for which this role is responsible, are managed to deliver quality, on time, on budget and according to the agreed Service Level agreement.
*
Contributing to the writing and ongoing improvement of standards, policies and procedures, ensuring that backup strategies are in place and working, the provision of automation tools, etc.
*
Working with and providing supervision to external business partner in providing the suitable and reliable solution in supporting the business requirements within the area of midrange servers management.
*
Continually maintaining and improving currency of knowledge and competence of best practice industry standards and its applicability to the CCBI business environment
In charge for the aforementioned essential role, you would be expected to have the following qualifications :

Tertiary qualification from a reputable university, majoring in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
*
Having minimum 4 years broad experience in supporting iSeries and HP Unix servers in a corporate environment
*
Excellent common sense in understanding of relevant business issue related to scope of applications
*
Demonstrate good project and work management skills in establishing a course of action to accomplish specific goals, planning proper schedule, taking action to monitor processes, tasks or activities, and keeping track of delegated tasks and assignments
*
Demonstrate experience in designing, planning and delivering infrastructure projects

Strong knowledge and technical competence in Servers, Storage, and Data Center areas.

Having support knowledge of Oracle Financials and SAP HR R3,Mimix and Oracle database synchronization, exposure to a multi platform environment and the integration area among them and relevant industry certifications in IBM and HP servers management will be an advantage
Technical Solutions Specialist for iSeries
You will be in charge for the following chores :
*
Designing, developing and maintaining technical solution/business applications particularly in iSeries platform and its integration with other platforms according to designed specifications and CCBI development standards
*
Establishing and maintaining documentation of system parameters, program and database specification of the implemented business application system
*
Providing support, analysis and problem resolution related to applications, program, and database that have been escalated to the group
*
Working with and providing supervision to external business partner in providing the suitable and reliable solution in supporting the business requirements
*
Continually maintaining and improving competence and knowledge in the area of iSeries applications; keeping abreast of current development and trends in assigned areas of expertise
In charge for the aforementioned essential role, you would be expected to have the following qualifications :

Holding Bachelor degree from a reputable university, preferably from Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
*
Having a minimum of 3 years in the area of ISeries development, with strong background and knowledge of RPG, CL, and ILE programming.

Performing good common sense in understanding of relevant business issue related to scope of applications
*
