Safety Engineer
Job Contents:
* Promote the application of the L'OREAL Group's rules and of legislation by checking compliance with these rules and performing internal audits
* Validate or prohibit operations, buildings, equipment, and installations
* Perform risk analysis at the site and analyze accidents
* Organize all SHE meetings and working groups
* Organize SHE communication, training, and information (conduct specific SHE training sessions, the publication of safety flashes, travel safety presentations, etc.)
* Manage and organize fire, accident, environmental accident, and intrusion prevention and organize emergency services (manage surveillance of the site)
* Advise the other departments in their SHE approaches (support service)
* Prepare prevention plans for outside service providers and contractors
* Propose expense and investment budgets, manage SHE projects and sites and the SHE operating budget
* Prepare data for the various SHE indicators in the management statistics
* Draft and disseminate the SHE rules specific to the site
Requirements:
* Minimum S1 Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
* Have 2-3 years experience in Cosmetics or Food Industry
* Good command in English both oral and written
* Possessed technical expertise in a domain (industrial safety, hygiene, fire/explosion, environment, etc.)
* Possessed ability in risk analysis techniques
