Quality Control Supervisor
Job Description and Responsibilities include:
1.
Overseeing the operations of quality control department to maintain and improve the manufacturing quality standards
2.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure manufacturing quality standards are achieved and maintained
3.
Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting of the quality control department activities, constantly implementing changes in procedures and processes to improve the department productivity and efficiency
4.
Reporting of the non conformance findings, providing recommendations on work methods, processes, and procedures to improve the manufacturing quality standards
5.
Analyze, develop, and review of quality standards to further improve the manufacturing quality standards
Requirements:
* Female, max 35 years old with min S1 with engineering background.
* At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
* Previous experience in plastic, textile, garment, shoes manufacturing, or other similar labor intensive and assembly-oriented industry is preferred
* Highly proficient in MS Excel is a must.
* Min Passive English.
* Job location: Surabaya
Assembly Supervisor
Job description and responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing the assembly department to maintain and improve the quality, output, and efficiency
2. Coordinating with other departments to ensure the overall schedule and productivity is achieved
3. Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on the assembly activity, and providing recommendations as well as implementing changes to improve the operations and processes for higher productivity and efficiency
4. Analyze, develop, and improve assembly layout, procedures, work methods, and process time balancing to further improve the work flow and assembly efficiency
Requirements:
# Female, max 35 years old with min S1 Industrial Engineering.
# At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
# Previous experience in textile, garment, shoes manufacturing, or other similar labor intensive and assembly-oriented industry is preferred
# Highly proficient in MS Excel is a must.
# Min Passive English.
# Job location: Surabaya
