Trainer

REPORTS TO: Retail & Service Manager

FUNCTIONS: To insure training operations

To develop quality of Retail team

To develop quality service of BC

To motivate and develop talents of her team

To implement training strategy

To insure respect of brand image


MAJOR RESPOSIBILITIES:


1. To make training plan according Marketing Plan.

2. To build training program completely & systematically.

3. To conduct training, up grading and all information to all Retail team.

4. To evaluate training periodically.

5. To do / conduct Face to Face coaching in the counter.

6. To get information of competitor products as comparison.

7. To get actual information as additional input in order to improve training quality.

8. To do regular visit to the counter, at least 2 times a week.

9. To keep good relationship with Supervisor to get result of training from the field.

10. To make training budget.


To develop turnover:

+ To annual target
+ To our main competitors performance
+ To market trend
+ To manage stock efficiently
+ To follow up and analyze results and propose necessary adjustments

To develop service:

To implement service strategy of the brand at point of sale


To regularly follow up and update VIP customers to improve loyalty.



To motivate and develop talents of her team:

Participating to recruitment


Face to face coaching


To identify her team training needs


To participate to incentive suggestions


Capacity to use training at point of sale


To collaborate regularly with Trainer and Retail Manager

on evaluation of performance of each Beauty Advisor.


To insure a discipline matching with brand request


To implement marketing strategy to her outlet :

+ To implement merchandising of the brand
+ To maximize perfect usage of tools provided
+ To prepare & conduct marketing events, example: BWS & podium
+ To instruct each Beauty Advisor and distribute roles during an event

To insure respect of brand image:

o
+ Beauty Advisors attitude
+ Beauty Advisors grooming
+ Merchandising


To insure high productivity:

* To evaluate Beauty Advisors performance regularly
* To evaluate each Beauty Advisor contribution to total business.
* To bring new ideas to match customers interest
