Coca-Cola Distribution Indonesia (CCDI) – National Office is looking for a qualified candidate to fill in the position of CSR and Sustainability Manager . The role is to lead the development and execution of agreed CSR values and activities in the community in which CCBI operates.
CSR and Sustainability Manager

In this function, you will be in charge for the following roles:
*
Develop community (both private and government based) partnerships that help identify, develop and priorities CSR programs
*
Develop and use internal employee engagement to identify, support the development of and provide direction to CSR programs. Use this relationships to foster and develop an internal culture aligned with company values across the system through highlighting the effectiveness of our programs and the benefits these provide for all
*
Create and participate in Stakeholder engagement programs whether these be directly related to programs or through efforts to become absorbed in the CSR industry
*
Design, develop and bring awareness to CSR vision, values and business case policy through a range of mediums including but not exclusive to film/video, magazines, news articles, digital community groups and the content of CSR related material on CCDI corporate website.
*
Work with the internal community to assess the value of activities, priorities events and manage the sponsorship of agreed activities.
*
Document and report on the effectiveness of group wide CSR activities and activity promote the results, benefits and value
*
Develop and report on the financial requirements, financial performance reports and activity performance reports
*
Consolidate and report for the group any legislative, corporate, system reporting requirements
To be successful in this position, you would be expected to have the following qualifications:
*
University degree from Social Science, humanities and the arts would be beneficial. Other degrees relevant could include engineering, technology, commerce and/or management
*
Having a minimum of 8-10 years experience in related areas, corporate business and/or related services.
*
Possess experience of managing a CSR or sustainability development program
*
Have a good communication and persuasion skill to get commitment from cross functions
*
Innovative, strategic thinker and have good analytical skill
*
Good working with concept and financial models
*
Multi tasking with capability to coordinate & work with people from many functions
*
Advance Knowledge of community service work
*
Large scale Project Management leadership skills
*
High level of competency in written and verbal communication skills both Bahasa Indonesian and English
*
Demonstrates mature presentation and interpersonal skills
