Sales Development (Jabotabek)

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or associate from any major
*
Minimal 1 year experience as sales supervisor in consumer goods sales (traditional or modren market)
*
Team oriented with a self driven
*
Proactive, organised and responsible
*
Willing to travel
*
Will be located in Jabotabek

Responsibilities:

*
Handling sales operation field check and compliance
*
Verified salesmen permanent journey plan
*
Controlling salesmen expenses
*
Checking on distributor's facilities
*
Standardize sales reporting and administration process
*
Ensure all sales report being conducted according to procedure
*
Visit on regular basis to monitor implementation including competitor
*
activities
