CAPACITY TO GROW DEPT. HEAD (Job Code: UM-OP-300)
We seek for a Head of Capacity to Grow (In Operation) to identify, create, develop, grow and position our micro business in a competitive market place.
The incumbent will report to the Micro Operation Head and provide strategic planning direction and business development to achieve corporate goals specifically in micro banking. Experienced in banking operation and managing large number of branches is essential for this position.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
* Develop training programs and activities to improve the capacity of customers in managing micro business
* Develop micro franchise business with a strategic partner
* Plan and implement activities and training programs in branches
Qualifications:
* Maximum age of years
* 7 years in banking operation with min 3 years in projects related to micro businesses.
* Posses strong business development management and strategic planning experience.
* Strong leadership and consensus building skills.
* Good interpersonal skill and fluent in English is a must.
* Willing to travel and had experienced in handling projects implemented in multiple cities.
