We are one the national leading manufacturer company. Our company is a well managed public owned company. It's product marketed globally. Currently we are looking for potential candidate to fill this position :

RECEPTIONIST

General Responsibilities :

* Act as a good ambassador of the company in
greeting and assisting guests/clients;

* Receiving and transferring telephone calls from both internal & external clients in timely manner;

* Receive and route documents, forms & papers;

* Take messages correctly and route them to the proper person;

* Keep the reception area presentable;

Qualifications :

* Attractive well groomed female, max. age of 27;

* Min. D3 degree from any discipline;

* Min. 1 year experience in a similar position or front line customer service, experience in a multinational company is preferable;

* Proactive customer service attitude, helpful;

* Good interpersonal and communication skills;

* Smart, mature, neat, accurate, respect for confidentiality, multitasking, dependability;

* Good command of both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia & English;

* Computer literacy & proficient in the use of office software applications;

* Able to operate PABX telephone, faximile and copier;

* Will be happy to be placed in Krian – Sidoarjo.
