PT SUMBER KARYA MAKMUR LESTARI is a Developer and General Contractor company. In 2000 We developed and built Infrastructures, Housing,Offices Building, Mall and Market Center in Papua Province. Currently, we are developing a Real Estate (1000 units) property in Papua.
Due to our expanding growth, we are searching for high qualified candidates to join our team to handle Papua's project, for the below position
PURCHASING SPECIALIST
Requirements:
* Male / Female
* S1 Engineering from reputable university with GPA minimal 3.00
* Minimal 5 years experience or fresh graduate are welcome to apply
* Good command in English is a must and proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage
* Willing to work hard and team work
SITE MANGER Post Date: 30 Jul 07
Specific Requirements:
* The candidate should have experience in similar position, willing to control project activity based on time line, quality and cost, with minimum experience 5 years in Construction and Developer
Requirements:
* Minimum S1 Engineering
* Proficient in computer for Engineering software
* Age between 30 – 35 years old
* Having strong leadership and people management skills
* Well in English, both written and spoken
* Willing to be located at any project location
* Willing to work hard and team work
DRAFTER Post Date: 30 Jul 07
Requirements:
* Male
* Minimum STM/ D3 (Civil / Building)
* Able to operate AUTO CAD program
* Have at least 5 years of experience as Drafter / Autocad
* Experience in drawing a sketch for residential house / Commercial Building
* To be located in Jakarta and Papua
