Collection Officer (JDB0707Coll)
Responsible for the management and control of the Card Collection (bucket 1 to bucket 4), in order to maximise collections by controlling flow rates and minimize the delinquency of each cycle.
Responsible for the management and control of Outsourced Field Collectors (pre-agency) and Pick Up Service Agencies by coordinating, controlling productivity, performance and quality.
Have a strong leadership skill.
Manager Cards Marketing Center
Requirements:
Has been in the managerial position or similar job level for at least 2 years
Possess solid experience in managing telesales or call center operations
Sales driven and target oriented
Hold a minimum bachelor degree from reputable local or overseas university
Excellent communication skill, both spoken and written English
Strong analytical and leadership skill, combined with high degree of integrity
Pleasant personality and customer service oriented
AM Sales / Telesales
Responsibilities:
Manage team and sales/telesales activities to achieve Cards/PIL sales target
Recruit , develop, coach and motivate sales/telesales team
Ensuring, controlling and monitoring sales activities
Establish competitive scheme, motivational programs to induce performance
Requirements:
Bachelor degree from any discipline
Possess strong leadership and salesmanship
Proven track record in sales/telesales
Possess strong exposure in lead and manage a sales team for min.5 years of experience
Excellent communication and inter-personal skill with pleasant personality
