Qualifications

She will be responsible for supporting in secretarial duties. Prepare simple business correspondences, schedule appointments, travel arrangements & attend to callers. Prepare some reports related to Banking business. Records and filling of proposal or other important documents. We require you to have 5-6 years experience in performing similar job in Banking industry. Bachelor/ Master degree in related field. PC literate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin.
