HR Officer
Qualifications
* 2-3 years experience in HR Departement, speciallization in Payroll Process, in Finance, Banking or Payroll Consultant
* Bachelor degree in Law, Accouting or HR Management
* Have basic knowledge of goverment regulation, labor law, Bank Policy and Procedures
* Familiar with software application, such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Have good knowledge in salary and benefit package, policy and procedure
* Fluent in English, speaking and writing
* Good interpersonel and communication skill
* Friendly and pleaseant personality
She or He will responsible for :
* Maintain the employee's salary administration on salary rates, payroll deductions for taxes, jamsostek and etc.
* Ensuring that the payroll is update accurately prepared and reflects changes due to shift, differential, overtime, absence, incentive pay and etc.
* Maintaining HRD record keeping and filling systems especially in payroll, benefit and employees database
* Arrange, maintain and monitor employee's health medical processing claims, enrolment, termination and etc.
* Review the calculation of overtime and incentive before payment
* Monitor the usage of Taxi Voucher
