FINANCE & ACCOUNTING (FA)
QUALIFICATIONS:
*
Male / Female min. Diploma Accounting / Management.
*
Have experience min. 3 years in the same position.
*
Knowledge of Accounting System and Financial implementation.
*
Provide accurate and reliable information data to produce Account Receivable (AR) and Account
* Payable (AP) report.
General Requirements :
*
Familiar to operate computer
*
Mature, hard worker, dynamic, discipline & honest.
*
Able to maintain performance under pressure & teamwork.
*
Comunicative, motivated, efficient, interested in developing career and integrity is critical.
SECRETARY (SE)
QUALIFICATIONS:
*
Female, Single 25 – 30 years of age , Diploma in Secretarial with minimum 2 (two) years of hands-on experience at the same position.
*
Can Speak English Fluently ( oral & written)
*
Experienced in taking care of secretarial and administrative tasks starting from incoming/outgoing communications, document preparation, schedule arrangements, filing, up to related office administration.
*
Having knowledge all aspect of secretarial duties.
*
Tidy, organized, efficient, quick, and good performance.
*
A customer-oriented person who has capability in handling any level of positions.
* Able to perform and committed to meet datelines.
