CRM MIS Specialist
Responsibilities
*
Develop regular dashboard and portfolio reporting and analysis
*
Create and analyze the segmentation and targeting on CRM loyalty and marketing
*
Support the business in providing data and analysis
*
Maintain data warehouse, database and running application
*
Research and build marketing and CRM strategy
*
Assist in planning short term and long term operation plan
*
Manage and liaise with other function
Qualifications
*
Minimum Bachelor Degree from well known university
*
Minimum 3 (three) years experience in Risk, Marketing & CRM in Consumer Finance / Banking Company
*
Must have an advance knowledge is SAS system and Oracle
*
Having experience in database (SQL server/Oracle), web/client programming (PHP/ASP/Visual Basic/Macro Excel)
*
Own strong combination of technical, statistical, analytical, marketing, customer oriented, interpersonal and leadership skills
*
Able to work in fast-changing environment, high pressure and tight timeline
*
Good command in English
Risk MIS/Analytics Manager
Responsibilities
*
Managing Risk MIS and Analytics Team
*
Ensure timely and accurate of all risk performance reports
*
Conduct thorough analysis for any ad hoc strategies (local, regional, global)
*
Calculate loss provision and loss budgeting
*
Develop or fine tune risk scorecards and other risk model
*
Collaboration with other risk functions in producing/supporting any new initiatives from the analytic side
Qualifications
*
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Science/Finance/Technical from well known university
*
Minimum 6 (six) years experience in Risk area in Consumer or Finance industry
*
Strong data mining skills
*
Strong analytical and problem solving capability, at least 3 (three) years in portfolio management analysis
*
Experience in Decision Tree and Credit Scorecard
*
Excellent communication skills and project management
*
Posses team leader quality
*
Knowledge in accounting provision from risk point of view and risk loss mode
*
Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadline
*
Good command in English
Risk Assistant Manager
Responsibilities
*
Analyze, develop, monitor and adjust risk strategies, policies, processes
*
Ensure all the necessary risk mitigates and parameters are put in place
*
Designs the going-to-market business strategy to ensure direction does not go out from risk parameter
*
Monitor execution of policy and strategy implementation. Conduct monitoring and measure each performance of each parameter set
*
Analyze risk key performances as well as ability to identify new trend within the data
*
Translate monthly performance report into business perspective
Qualifications
*
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Science/Finance/Technical from well known university
*
Minimum 3 (three) years experience in Risk area in Consumer or Finance industry
*
Knowledge in data mining tools will be an advantage
*
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
*
Familiar with Operational process in consumer lending industry
*
Posses excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team
*
Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadline
*
Good command in English
