CUSTOMER SERVICE

Objective:

In purpose to provide dedicated representative staff at our client, we seeking highly qualified person to develop and maintain strong relationship with customer and to ensure of customer satisfaction achievement.

Requirement :


· Male or female, with age : 25-30 years old
· S1 degree in any background from reputable university (GPA>2.75)

· Having knowledge about Export/Import as well as Customer Clearance process Ocean Freight is a must

· Having knowledge in Airfreight is preferable

· 2-3 years experiences from Forwarding Company

· Able to communication in English (Oral and writing)

· Good communication skill

· Good in computer skill

· Placement will be in Clients Office Jakarta area
