Application Support

(Code : App. Support – Your Name)

Key Responsibility:
Support ERP and related program as a core Business Application and its related activities such as custom reports.

Successful candidate should has the following qualifications:

· University graduated in Computer Science, Informatic or Electronic Engineering

· Require strong knowledge and experience in ERP implementation

· At least 3 years work experience in a multinational company in similar position / tasks

· Hands on experience Business Application Programming, Business Process concept, ERP concept

· Standard Application Program (MS Office VBA, Lotus Notes Designer, etc.)

· English proficiency in conversation and report writing is required

· Analytical skill in troubleshooting of Business Application Program

· Good communication skill

· Must be able to work some evenings and weekends and to be available on short notice to resolve problem
