EXHIBITION MANAGER (EM)
Requirements:
*
Minimum Bachelor Degree, from any discipline from reputable university
*
Good command in English (oral and written)
*
Good Communication skill
*
Good negotiation and interpersonal skill
*
Experience being sales coordinator
*
Computer literate
Responsibilities:
*
Managing, coordinating & monitoring actively all of exhibition activities including managing people under him/her (supervisor, direct sales exhibition) and work closely with marketing communication to manage event organizer of exhibition.
*
Provide a good direction to the EO, supervisor and DSE team in order to acquisition activities run smoothly based on committed target and company standard and procedures
*
To achieve KPI (individual target)
*
To reduce all of application with fraud indication
*
Good understanding flow process and procedure as management target
*
To prepare & Provide regular sales plan to acquire new cards through exhibition program : make sure the key performance indicator
*
Of EO is on track, location of exhibition, SPV and DSE attendance, target
*
incoming application
*
To recruit and develop regularly all SPV/DSE forces under his/her group to have the most productive and solid team that will ensure his/her achievement
*
Conduct regular sales training and meeting to make sure each of his/her sales force is being up dated by new information, product knowledge & skill related to BII program
*
To coordinate regularly with all of ULB coordinator area to make sure all of SPV/DSE indirect report to them having the good relation and on track in term of daily activities and performance
*
To provide sales report, incentive reports as well as market information report regularly for management up date and analysis
